Renovated Worship Facility and Development – Louisville, Colorado

The space includes a new building entrance, an 850 seat worship auditorium with state-of-the-art AVL systems, kids and youth ministry areas as well as a large great hall and café space.  In addition to the 50,000 sf church tenant finish, the project included a multiyear re-development effort as well as a subdividing the building for a partner developer’s project.
