Commercial Site Development – Longmont, Colorado

This public-private partnership included the mass grading, wet utility installation, stormwater infrastructure, dry utility installation, paving, site restoration and other site related work.  Additional site development, parking, landscaping and construction of the certified building pad for the new Longmont Costco store was included in a separate contract.
